Unfortunately at this time we do not have a piercer on staff and are unable to offer piercings.
Make sure to get a good nights sleep, take a shower, stay hydrated, and eat a solid meal before your tattoo! If you typically have dry skin, it’s a good idea to moisturize in the week leading up to your tattoo. Avoid drinking alcohol the day before your appointment. Also please don’t shave before your appointment! If there’s any skin irritation, we won’t be able to tattoo you, let us shave you at your appointment.
Yes, our shop minimum is $100 and pricing goes up= with the consideration of how much work will be involved with the design and how long it will take. To get a quote on your spefic idea, please go to our booking page!
It‘s always a good idea to wear something that’s comfortable and non restricting, and will provide your artist adequate access to the area being tattooed. For example: if you’re getting a thigh tattoo, wear gym shorts that can easily be slid up or a skirt, don’t wear long pants. Or if you’re getting an upper arm tattoo, wear a tank top, not a long sleeve shirt.
Hey, life happens! Please provide us with at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or if you need to move your appointment to a later time in the day. If we are not given 48 hours notice, your deposit will be considered forfeit and you will need to place a new one to reschedule. If you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment without notice, it will be at the artist’s discretion as to whether or not you will need to be rescheduled and your deposit may be forfeit. After 2 reschedules, your deposit is forefeit, regardless of notice. We strive to do our best to be as accommodating as possible for our clients, please let us know your needs and we will do our very best to meet them!
Please bring your government issued photo ID that is not expired, and your excitement! Getting a tattoo is lots of fun but you may want something to help distract you in the chair. You can bring headphones, a book, stress balls, anything that’ll make you most comfortable! If you’re booked for a longer session it may be a good idea to bring snacks as well, we have a fridge if you need it!

Tattooing minors is illegal in the state of Georgia even if your parent is willing to sign off on it, sorry! However, if you’re turning 18 soon, we are more than happy to help you start planning that 18th birthday ink!
At Steele Ink Studios, we strive to give our clients the most positive and comfortable tattoo experience possible. You’re like family to us! We will guide you through every step of the process to ensure that we can help create a tattoo that is perfect and unique for you. All of our artists are client oriented and will settle for nothing less than perfection.
Don’t fret! Even if you cared for your tattoo like a newborn baby, this can still happen. That’s why we offer a free touch up! Give your tattoo 30 days to heal, and then contact us within 45 days from the day you got the tattoo (15 days after the 30 day mark) to get booked in for your touch up.
Deposits are how we secure your appointment date and will come off of the final price once the tattoo is completed. Deposits are required so that we can ensure that the artist gets paid for the time spent drawing the tattoo and the time slot taken in the event of a no call no show or last minute cancellation.
Listen, we won’t lie, tattoos do hurt. However, they aren’t the unbearable pain they’re hyped up to be! All of our artists are gentle and light handed, keeping your comfort in mind. Most people are surprised by how little they hurt! If it’s your first one, your artist can discuss placement with you to help guide you to an easier experience.
